I suddenly realized that my blogging should be more informative for those of you who don't know what's going on in my life (i.e. everyone except Caroline, who has been monopolizing every second of my non-class time). I'm taking some classes. Here is a list of what they are called: Intro to Print Media (my first major course, woo!) Speculative Fiction (I'm being taught Dracula by a Transylvanian. Beat that.) Intro to New Media (http://www.nmi.uga.edu/shamp/2020/blog/2004/08/first-day.html - my teacher blogs.) New Media Production (My made-up band is gonna have the best website ever.) History of Rock (Explanation necessary?) I moved into my apartment without incident. I have one roommate, a Nigerian named Chike and a fellow Nintendo64 afficionado. One more is moving in tomorrow, and his name is Chance. How great is that? Did I mention that Caroline is monopolizing all of my time? She's already bugging me because I'm taking too long to write this post, delaying her plans to subject me to Nick & Jessica. Ow - she just hit me in the back of the head. Anyway, I mention this monopolization for two reasons. One - I have almost nothing exciting and non-Caroline-related to report. Two - if you're in Athens and you're going to do something, let me know. If you need my phone number, leave a comment with your email address and I'll get back to you. And incidentally, I've figured out WUOG's whole "unsigned artists only" policy. They sound like heroic indie crusaders, but don't play up the fact that they're avoiding inflated record-label prices. I haven't decided what to think about that yet, but it sure sounds sketchy. Well, somebody told me that you had a boyfriend who looked like a girlfriend that I had in February of last year. Killer.
