I may make movies.//

I find the prospect exciting and a little scary. It was how I thought I would spend college a lifetime ago, back in high school: get a degree so I could be assured a job, and in the meantime make movies. I didn't realize that college would mean two jobs on top of classes; I didn't realize it would mean sacrificing years of my life to the gods of academia. But a beam of light has broken through the clouds. I may make movies.//

Parts of my brain that have lain dormant for years are waking up. They're staring out at the world I've made myself with expressions of mild annoyance, marveling at the cobwebs that will have to be cleared away before they can really get down to business. And they will. I may make movies.//

This means that I need some generous soul to e-mail me a copy of Punks. My file was deleted in a windows upgrade a while ago, and I only have a partial hard copy left. It's not necessarily the first project on the docket, but it is there, a giddy fireball in my gut. If you've forgotten you can send it to my last name at my school's initials dot the abbreviation for education. I may, at long last, make PUNKS!!

((( It is very much worth noting that this is also the first post to come from my fucking awesome new laptop! I'm pirating my neighbors' wireless internet, even though it is slower and less reliable than my dad's, just because I can. Hah! And it's a media center edition! I've got TIVO on this fucking thing! )))
